  2. Chameleon Clock: the License
  3. ----------------------------

  5.     The Chameleon Clock is shareware. This means:
  6.  
  7.   - All copyrights to Chameleon Clock are exclusively owned 
  8.     by the author - Jury Gerasimov.
  9.  
  10.   - Anyone may use this software during a test period of 30
  11.     days. Following this test period of 30 days or less, if
  12.     you wish to continue to use Chameleon Clock, you MUST register.
  13.  
  14.   - Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to 
  15.     use Chameleon Clock on one computer (i.e. a single CPU), for any 
  16.     legal purpose, at a time. The registered ADC software may not be 
  17.     rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person 
  18.     receiving it agrees to terms of this license. If the software is 
  19.     an update, the transfer must include the update and all previous 
  20.     versions. 
  21.  
  22.   - The Chameleon Clock unregistered shareware version may be freely 
  23.     distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. 
  24.     No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution 
  25.     of Chameleon Clock without written permission from the copyright holder.

  27.   - CHAMELEON CLOCK IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".  NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS
  28.     EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.  THE AUTHOR
  29.     WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR
  30.     ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  32.   - You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  33.     decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
  34.     licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as 
  35.     provided for in this agreement.  Any such unauthorised use shall 
  36.     result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and
  37.     may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  39.     All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Jury Gerasimov.

  41.   - Installing and using Chameleon Clock signifies acceptance of these terms
  42.     and conditions of the license.

  44.   - If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
  45.     Chameleon Clock files from your storage devices and cease to use 
  46.     the product.
